Samantha was raised in Huntsville, Alabama but moved to Arizona to attend ASU in 2004. She graduated cum laude in May 2008 with a Bachelor's of Science in Design Architecture Studies and a minor in French. Currently, she is scheduled to graduate in May 2012 with Master's degrees in Architecture as well as Urban Design. The focus of her thesis is Peak Oil research as applied to creating resilient neighborhoods.
